MURATARA – Hasil seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) tahun 2023 di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara (Muratara) menuai penolakan dari peserta.
DPRD Muratara telah mengawal dan menuntaskan masalah ini. Mereka menilai dalam proses seleksi penerimaan PPPK 2023 ini, banyak peserta yang dirugikan.
Mereka merasa dicurangi dan didzolimi dengan adanya seleksi kompetensi teknis tambahan (SKTT).
Ada dua permintaan mereka, Pemkab Muratara harus mengumumkan ulang hasil seleksi tersebut berdasarkan nilai Computer Assisted Test (CAT) atau dibatalkan semuanya.
“Intinya kami ingin seleksi PPPK ini berdasarkan nilai CAT, atau kalau tidak bisa, batalkan semua hasilnya,” kata salah seorang peserta seleksi PPPK guru yang tidak lulus, Jumat (29/12/2023).
Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Muratara, Efriyansyah mengatakan, mereka dari semua komisi akan memperjuangkan aspirasi dan permohonan para guru pelamar PPPK yang merasa dirugikan.
“Kami siap memperjuangkannya sampai ke tingkat pusat. Dari hasil rapat mediasi kami sepakat mendorong tahapan seleksi PPPK ini disetop dulu sampai ada solusi terbaik,” katanya.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, kisruh hasil seleksi PPPK 2023 di Kabupaten Muratara dilatari oleh adanya seleksi kompetensi teknis tambahan (SKTT).
Sebab, dengan adanya SKTT tersebut, maka nilai CAT bukanlah 100 persen penentu kelulusan peserta.
“Karena itulah kami minta hapuskan penilaian SKTT, inilah biang keroknya,” ujar salah seorang peserta seleksi PPPK guru yang tidak lulus.
Ratusan guru yang tidak lulus seleksi PPPK 2023 itu pun mendatangi kantor DPRD Kabupaten Muratara, Kamis (28/12/2023).
Mereka mengadu ke wakil rakyat karena merasa hasil seleksi PPPK 2023 Kabupaten Muratara ada kejanggalan.
