JAKARTA – Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu), Sri Mulyani membeberkan sejumlah kebijakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang akan dilakukan untuk masyarakat miskin. Hal itu diungkap Sri Mulyani dalam acara penyerahan Daftar Isian Penyelenggaraan Anggaran (DIPA) 2025 kepada kementerian dan lembaga pemerintah di Jakarta, Selasa (10/12).
“Mereka yang tidak mampu dibantu negara melalui berbagai instrumen seperti bantuan sosial; bantuan pendidikan; bantuan kesehatan, termasuk subsidi dan fasilitas pembebasan pajak,” kata Sri Mulyani.
Ia mengatakan kebijakan tersebut dicapai lewat sejumlah potensi penerimaan negara yang mengedepankan aspek keadilan, di antaranya dalam bentuk gotong royong yang dilakukan kelompok masyarakat mampu melalui pemenuhan kewajiban membayar pajak secara patuh.
“Bagi kelompok yang mampu dan menikmati hasil pembangunan diminta bergotong royong untuk memenuhi kewajiban secara patuh dan jujur untuk terus membangun dan memajukan Indonesia,” tambahnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, ia menyebut
pemerintah menargetkan pendapatan negara sebesar Rp3.005,1 triliun pada 2025. Sejumlah sumber pendapatan negara seperti pajak; bea cukai serta penerimaan negara bukan pajak (PNBP) akan dimaksimalkan untuk mencapai angka tersebut.
Adapun pemerintah dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) telah menyepakati Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2025 sebesar Rp3.621,3 triliun. Nilai tersebut meningkat 8,9% dibandingkan belanja negara dalam APBN 2024.
Sri Mulyani menyebut angka belanja pemerintah pusat mencapai Rp 2.701,4 triliun, ditujukan untuk mendorong program prioritas dalam bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, perlindungan sosial, ketahanan pangan dan energi, serta perumahan.
“Program unggulan 2025, telah ditampung di APBN melalui proram makan bergizi gratis, pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis, renovasi sekolah, sekolah unggulan terintregasi dan terciptanya lumbung pangan nasional daerah dan desa,” ujar Sri Mulyani. (*)
