LUBUK LINGGAU, MURATARA.COM-Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Lubuk Linggau, H Koimudin mengikuti rapat koordinasi pengendalian inflasi tahun 2024 via zoom meeting di Command Center Lt. 4 Gedung Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Lubuk Linggau, Senin (4/10/2024).
Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri), M Tito Karnavian menyampaikan pada awal Oktober lalu, BPS sudah merilis hasil survei tentang inflasi bulan Oktober, dari bulan ke bulan masih deflasi -0,08 persen pada Oktober ke September.
Sedangkan Inflasi tahun ke tahun Oktober 2024 terhadap Oktober 2023 sebesar 1,71 persen, yang paling tinggi adalah perawatan pribadi dan jasa lainnya 0,54 persen.
Sementara daya beli masyarakat masih dalam keadaan baik sama dengan penyediaan makanan dan minuman /restoran 0,25 persen terdiri dari makanan, minuman dan tembakau mulai merangkak naik dengan angka inflasi 0,9 persen sementara transportasi cukup dalam deflasi nya -0,52 persen.
Ia juga memaparkan inflasi per provinsi dari tertinggi sampai terendah, kabupaten tertinggi dan juga terendah.
Lubuk Linggau termasuk 10 kota dengan inflasi terendah yakni 0,89 persen berdasarkan rilis BPS per 1 November 2024.
Ada instrumen jelang Pilkada, kelangkaan beras dibeberapa tempat karena ada yang memborong beras, jadi berhati-hati saat mendekati Pilkada atau menjelang 27 November 2024 karena adanya pembagian beras bagi calon kepala daerah.
Sementara itu, Plt Kepala BPS, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti menerangkan terjadi inflasi bulan ke bulan di Oktober 2024 setelah lima bulan deflasi berturut-turut.
Inflasi tahunan Oktober 2024 lebih rendah dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya dan bulan yang sama di tahun 2023.
Beberapa catatan peristiwa yakni dilaksanakannya penyesuaian harga BBM non subsidi pada Oktober 2024, penurunan produksi bawang merah dan kenaikan harga emas dunia yang terus berlanjut.
